“Amazing location and cozy room!”
We stayed five nights here in early February. Our room was comfortable and warm and the view was beautiful. Rooms have private washers and dryers and there is a drying closet located just outside the room.
Staff are friendly and very helpful in organising transport, lift passes etc. The best part about the Setsumon though is its location - close to the lifts, amazing restaurants, the supermarket and the food vans.

“We had a wonderful time.”
We spent 2 nights here in early may. The reception people very welcoming and helpful. Room was amazing - cozy & fully equipped. Location was very good too. Not too far from the ski lift and the gondola. They allow free rental of dvds from the reception at the Vale. This kept us occupied at the room during rainy days. Note that they do have english channels on tv but limited options available. Special mention to Natasha. Warm, friendly ans Great with children. My kid liked the way she communicated and enjoyed being speaking to her. . It felt very genuine and since. Thanks, Tash.

“Stylish apartment with a lot of space in the best location.”
We stayed at the Setsumon for the first time. Our daughters had their own apartment which was connected to our apartment. The apartments are equipped with everything you need including a rice cooker. Everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. The service was very good, too. Both pre holidays and while we were there. The Nisade crew helped us with all our needs.
The location of The Setsumon is Fantastic. Both to the posts and to the best restaurants in town it’s just a short walk. The complimentary bus across the street takes you to various points in Hirafu. We hope to be back soon. Thank you The Setsumon

“Good stay!”
I booked in advance and took advantage of the discount 6 months earlier. It is expensive where-ever you stay but overall excellent right in the heart of Niseko.
Would stay again for sure and thanks to Sonya and Tash for looking after us so well and forwarding our ski bag to the transport Yamato days later for our Osaka airport pick up. Much appreciated.

“We come to Niseko twice each year and always look forward to the Setsumon.”
We've stayed at the Setsumon four or five times and are always thrilled. The apartments are modern but cozy. We love the kitchen, taking a hot bath after a day of skiing, and relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. The Setsumon is located super close to the Quad family lift--a 3-4 minute walk in gear, and lots of great restaurants are within a block or two. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our kids always want to come back to the same place, and it's started to feel like home on holiday.

“The location is very good.”
This was our second time staying at the Setsumon and we love it here. The location is very good, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Close to ski area, free shuttle bus to Hirafu gondola.
The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price.
Will return again next season.

“Apartments are modern and well equipped.”
Excellent accommodation in a great location. Less than 3 minutes walk in ski boots to a lift, so almost ski-in/ski-out. Very convenient for nearly all the good restaurants in Hirafu. Units were a good size, with plenty of room to accommodate the family and all the ski gear. Ski room convenient and each apartment has its own drying closest at its entry. Apartments are modern and well equipped. I would highly recommend it. Staff were very helpful in arranging all the extras; transport, lift tickets, ski hire etc.
